Delivery Time: E-Park.com.bd is one of the fastest growing E-commerce platform in Bangladesh. Where you can find best & authentic products at earliest possible of time. Usually, It takes 1-2 working days to deliver the product in inside Dhaka & 3-5 working days outside Dhaka after confirming the order.
Government holidays, Natural Disasters, Special or unavoidable circumstance or any epidemics it may take longer.
Refund: After receiving the product please check it in front of the delivery person. If there is any kind of defect in the product or the packing is damaged then return the item immediately via the delivery person. For Cash on delivery (COD) items customers doesn’t need to pay product price in advance but if the customer’s pays advance for any COD product & he/she returns it then the customer will get refund within 3 working days. If the customers return the product then he/she has to pay the delivery charge.
For customized items, Customers’ need to pay at least 20% of the product price to confirm the order. And that amount is totally nonrefundable if customer returns the product.

Product Return: After receiving the product please check it in front of the delivery person. If there is any kind of defect in the product or the packing is damaged then return the item immediately via the delivery person.
If there is any complaint about the product then a customer should file a complaint within 72 hours after receiving the product in special case. A customer can give complaint via email, facebook page, hotline number of E-park.com.bd.
After sales Service: To avail the warranty / guarantee facilities customer should have the invoice and it clearly written on the invoice about warranty/ guarantee. A customer have to inform E-park team’s hotline number/ facebook page about after sales service to avail such facilities & customer have to send the product to E-park’s address by their own cost to get after sales service. The seller provides after sales service (Guarantee/ Warranty) according to their own policy.
Shipping policy:
1) Some free shipping offer can be generated by E-park authority in offer but without any offer shipping chargers must be paid by the customer.
2) According to the product size, weight, destination distance shipping charges may varies. After Packing the product shipping charge will be calculated in that case.
3) Having our trusted third party courier service we are giving our customer to choose their preferable courier service to deliver the product.
4) The shipping time & charge will be auto generated in our website. Or customer can also know the information while ordering the product from facebook page. Generally, delivering inside Dhaka take 1-2 working days and outside Dhaka 3-5 working days maximum.
5) For customized product, industrial goods or large product shipping charge & delivery time will be negotiated with our vendor & customer via E-Park team.
